Transparency report 2009 - Mazars Czech Republic
Mazars Czech Republic, a leading international, integrated and independent organisation specialising in audit, accounting, tax and advisory services, is proud to present its transparency report as of August 31, 2009. With the first edition of its Transparency Report, Mazars Czech Republic marks 15 years of its successful presence and development on the Czech market.
Mazars Group has been a pioneer of transparency for many years now:
- in 2005, Mazars published its first group annual report, which included consolidated financial statements audited by two independent auditors,
- since 2006 we have inserted the transparency information (our compliance table) into our annual report as requested by the European statutory audit directive on the legal control of annual consolidated accounts,
- and this year, in addition to the individual country transparency reports, we are publishing a group transparency report within our 2008/2009 annual report. Mazars countries which are not legally bound to do so, also publish their own country transparency report on a voluntarily basis – visit this site.
Consequently, information about our organisation is now available, in complete transparency, both at group and at country levels. Our stakeholders and the marketplace will gain a better understanding of the Mazars Group functioning thanks to our open approach.
